We reply within <strong>30 days<\/strong> at most. No forms, no registered letters, no patience required.<\/p>\n<h2>What you can ask for<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Access<\/strong> \u2014 a copy of all the data we hold about you. Spoiler: it isn&#8217;t much.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rectification<\/strong> \u2014 correcting anything that&#8217;s wrong. Your page you can edit directly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erasure<\/strong> \u2014 deleting your account and everything in it. Deletion deletes; only the billing records tax law requires us to keep remain.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Portability<\/strong> \u2014 your data in an open format. Your contact already lives in an open format by nature: the vCard.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Restriction and objection<\/strong> \u2014 under articles 18 and 21 of the GDPR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What we cannot give you<\/h2>\n<p>Data about who tapped your card \u2014 because we don&#8217;t have it. Tap statistics are aggregate counts with no identity: no IPs, no devices, no identifiable people on the other side.<\/p>\n<h2>Supervisory authority<\/h2>\n<p>If you believe we mishandled your data, you have the right to complain to the <strong>CNPD<\/strong>, the Portuguese data protection authority (cnpd.pt).
